I used to think leadership was for other people. AFYE showed me it was for me. Mrs. Hazel gavel me a voice and the confidence to use it. The person I am today, employed, hopeful and actively volunteering is because of the tools and skills I gained in AFYE programs. AFYE didn't just change my life; it's changing our neighborhood, one empowered youth at a time.
